When we were designing the DMA1 we wanted to make sure it could take on almost any role in a pro-audio environment, which is why it’s good for anything from plugging in a guitar and mic for use on stage to being used as a piece of professional outboard gear in a studio. If you are feeling creative you could even plug in a guitar, a bass, a keyboard and a mic, mix them and record them all at the same time whilst monitoring with the effects on or off with negligible latency.

Effectively the DMA1 can take on almost any role in a studio or indeed almost any music production process. The DMA1 is open to third-party developers it can be whatever those developers want it to be. We’ve built DMA1 from the ground up to have professional quality signal paths and weapons-grade processing.

4 analogue Ins: 2 inputs at mic/guitar level, Phantom Power, and a further 2 inputs at line level (balanced, naturally)

10 independent Outs: Front LR, Rear LR, Centre, Sub, Aux L/R, 2 x guitar level outs (for guitar amps), headphone & video out. Optical i/o (S/PDIF), 3 x USB ports, Wi-Fi and Ethernet.
